Join me for online breathwork to release stress, fear and anxiety from your body. Experience the healing power of your own breath with this guided practice. The focused rhythmic breathing will allow your mind and body to relax.
The breathwork is done laying down on the floor, couch or bed. Please have your space set up ahead of time. It is better to have the head flat versus propped up with a pillow. A small hand towel to cover your eyes is also helpful. You will also be letting out a loud yell at one point during the breathwork, so have something to cover your mouth like a towel or a pillow.
